WASHINGTON, PA - The Meadows Racetrack and Casino in Washington County announced it has paid out over $1 billion in payouts to winning players since opening its new permanent casino three months ago. The new 350,000-square-foot facility opened May 4th at a cost of $175 million. It features 3,749 slot machines, an electronic table-games pit, restaurants and the race track.
'We are excited for our guests to have paid out over $1 billion in only our first three months of operation,' said Meadows Vice President and General Manager Sean Sullivan.

Meadows Casino Poker Room Tournaments

From its opening day May 4 through August 2, The Meadows reported a payout rate of 92.1 percent. That percentage exceeds other casinos in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia according to data from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board and the West Virginia lottery.
